Summary: Diablo!!!! King of the Hack & Slash games, comes to PS One!
Comment: I owned diablo on the pc way before this came out and admittedly, looking at it now it is not ico style graphics. its not meant to be either. this is Hack and Slash at it's best! Hundreds of items, weapons, armor, and so many more! and although this port is Far from Perfect, it IS worth the investment! (**NOTE: because if you think about it as the tech changes pc will not be able to play diablo but ps one and PS2 WILL!**)
this game has many quests and deep dungeons to haul vast treasures out of and the game has a great system of rewarding you at every turn plus tons of customization options are available and supports multiplayer and thats the rub, the controls in single player were annoying but multiplayer NO split screen nada same screen and you are stuck together no matter how narrow it gets *and it gets narrow* aside from that area this game is a masterpiece and I will always be a huge diablo fan. The One Game To Hack & Slash them all!

Sound: Then: Great! 5 stars.
Now: still very good 4 stars.
Overall: Single player: 5 star!
Multiplayer: annoying but 4 star *you can pk!*

Comment: Diablo is a great game hands down. If you like games in which you battle demons and Skeletons and other dangerous creatures, this game is for you! The playstation version of Diablo lets you do some things differently, for example: You have three basic types of characters, the Warrior, the Mage and the Rogue. I like being a Warrior but hes not always useful until I teach him magic! Thats right I have a War Wizard! You can teach the Warrior and the Rogue magic! I love this game! Theres so much to do in the game. So much to explore! Its worth the money if you can find it!

Summary: 25 bucks?? WORTH IT!
Comment: Ok, I kept putting off getting this game because of having the PC Diablo 2 Lord of Destruction and I don't like paying 25 bucks for PS1 games. I usually try to go 15 bucks or less for them since graphics and gameplay are kinda off by today's standards of PS2. And even though I wanted it I felt like I would play it a few minutes and be sick of the controls and graphics. It is an excellent game and it's portable on my PSOne...if you're a fan just get it. The controls are tedious and annoying for awhile but after an hour or so it isn't so bad. It took me a little over 5 hours to get my warrior to level 13---don't know if that's good or bad (don't really care, either) but it was a fun five hours.

Comment: Hack & Slash, Every time you play the game it's differen, becasue of the random dungeon design. Upgrade your character, loads of spells weapons armour, missions. You name it, it's got it. Great 2 player action as well. Brilliant!
