Customer Rating: Summary: Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone is more than adequate Comment: For an old guy with arthritis, this game moves slowly enough to not outrun my lack of manual dexterity. Harry best proceeds with deliberationa and a full search of the area of play. The traps are great although without warning Harry steps into something unexpected, frequently. Do not outrun your line of sight or you might fall off into a pit.
Customer Rating: Summary: harry in VG form Comment: I recently got a GBA so I can play this game now; however, when I had my old GBA before it broke, I beat this game twice. I haven't played the other Harry Potter games for GBA yet, but plan to. This game is fun and a good way to pass the time on a car ride somewhere (although there was a long time where I was stuck on the Hagrid's Hut level). I won't be selling this game.
Now, just for fun, click the "yes" button to the proceeding question.
Customer Rating: Summary: Greatest Harry Potter Game Comment: This game is a very good Harry Potter game. So far, I own all four Harry Potter GBA games. This one is still my favorite (although, number 3 comes close in second). This game is NOT frustrating. This game is NOT hard, and most of all, all of you who say it is are not good enough of gamers to play this game. This game isn't even designed to be difficult, and you seem to have trouble beating a very simple game. The colors are bright, although the prefects ARE in the dark and they are difficult to get past, and the game follows the movie and the book okay for a game.
Customer Rating: Summary: An excellent GBA game Comment: This game is an excellent adventure game. It is full of puzzles that are challenging enough to remain interesting, yet not so hard as to be impossible. The graphics are very good, the controls are simple, and load times are very tolerable. I have only one complaint with this game. Through much of the game, there is a dearth of save points. It is upsetting when you spent an entire car ride working out a puzzle, and then, alas, there is no way to save.
All in all, this is one of the better games for GBA, but for those who play for very short time periods, be prepared to replay several times certain parts of the game.
Customer Rating: Summary: Entertaining Comment: There are few games that can hold my attention for long. Though I agree that Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone for Gameboy Advance is easy, I'm inexplicably addicted to it. The puzzles are not particularly challenging, per se, but it makes you feel good when you can actually SOLVE them at all, unlike other games where you're stumped for days.
It's an easy, lighthearted game that's good for passing your time with -- and the graphics make great eyecandy too.
