Summary: Would have been fun if the game would play
Comment: What I was hoping would be a fun present for my husband (who loved Atari games as a teen) ended up as a Christmas dud. We tried three different computers in our home, two systems on XP and one on Vista. Same problem with each. The game would install but instead of playing would freeze completely, requiring a forced exit. It's a shame because my husband is a huge arcade game fan. We're returning it and will hopefully find something else he'd enjoy, perhaps Zuma or Luxor. Don't waste your money on the chance it won't play in your computer either.

Summary: Asteroids plus more games from way back when.
Comment: This is a great game disk. I played the Asteroids and it was just as good as the old days. There are two Asteroids in this, you have to go to the orignal game and set the values to how you like them, and change them around to get it so you can play the way you like. The rest of the games are fun to but I bought this mostly for Asteroids. You can play with a controler or the mouse and arrow keys.
Great fun for all with this game and the price is great to.

Comment: I use to play the old atari when it first came out. It was a load of fun. On the computer game I couldn't get it to work until I discovered you have to buy Codec to play certain games. After I bought the codec it works great. They should tell you that when you purchase.There are many games of fun on this disk. There are lots of different old games on it. Astroids. All kinds for everyone's delight.I would recommend this game to anyone.It is a lot of fun.Eighty games are a lot.Just don't forget the Codec

Summary: A stroll in Memory Lane
Comment: It was nice to play pong and some of the other old games, it took me back to the 80's which I did enjoy so much. The only flaw was that they were a little difficult to control with the arrows keys, instead of the joystick.

Summary: This Game Dosen't Work
Comment: The jewel case was cracked on both sides, to begin with. The game seemed to install fine but either locked up immediately or was so choppy I tried to exit it, then it locked up. A few times I had to reboot. I am running XP Home. I tried running it in compatibility mode with all win versions down to Win '95, set the video graphics to a very low level, and increased the memory allowance to max. Same results. I know how to install & run software, been doing it since '81. This program sucks! Don't buy it.
