Summary: There is a lag in the controls
Comment: I just bought this game but I was disappointed that there is a lag in the controls no matter what you are pressing. Graphics look great of course, that wears off when you realize there is a delay for everything you do. I wish this retro compilation could have got it right. Still fun somehow... it would have been perfect if it had P.O.W., maybe the next volume will have it.

Comment: This game is awesome! Every game is just like the arcade! Great collection of games from the golden era of arcade. It's surprising to see games made in the early 1990's have such nice graphics. Good job SNK! Can't wait for volume 2!!
I don't know why people complain about technical issues. In my opinion everything is fine and perfect like the arcade machines. If the graphic is bad then I suggest changing to S-video or component cable.
Overall this is a MUST BUY for all classic game fans and people who like good games. If you like Capcom classics, midway arcade treasures, taito legends then this is a no brainer!

Summary: Freakin Awesome
Comment: I love this 1st compilation of SNK classics although some of the games can be pretty hard even on the easiest difficulty (at least for me anyway).Boy these old games sure bring back some fond memories of when my friends & I used to play them in the arcades only this time you get to play them in the comfort of your own home which is always a major plus.I don't know why KONAMI hasn't come out with something like this they could sure learn a thing or 2 from SNK,CAPCOM & MIDWAY. Before I bought my copy of this game I read other reviews from people saying that some of the titles in this collection would suffer from pretty bad slow down now don't get me wrong I'm by no means saying those people are wrong But none of the games in my particular copy suffer from any slow down whatsoever so maybe that's just in certain copies I don't know,but I certainly wouldn't let a risk like that keep you from buying this game it didn't stop me.

Summary: Retro gaming for serious fans only!
Comment: The is a great Neo Geo compilation for people who could not afford the original system back in the 1990's. My personal favorites would have to be Samurai Showdown (I think fatalities are a bit toned down.) and Metal Slug. I just hate having to play the soccer game to unlock move sets for some of the fighters. Overall, a fun, yet difficult game for SNK fans only.

Comment: The game has great titles in it, but would have liked to have seen more games such as ghost pilot and samurai shodown 2, 3, or 4. But I guess thats what sequels are for. I sure hope that they make an snk part two and included at least ghost pilot. that game rocks. but overall It has some great games on the disc. I really enjoyed magican lord and neo golf. If you own a ps2 and haven't gotten this game, do so, you won't be disapointed. 4 stars for good games!!!!
