Summary: Fun becomes Regular
Comment: First off, I am a huge fan of the Sims 2 Games, and own almost all the expansion packs.
When I first played the game, I didn't stop until I finished the Castaway Story completely through. I couldn't get enough. I then created my own characters to play the game through, hoping (maybe) that something may be different or that I would be faced with a different challenge... Although this game is incredibly fun and creative, I do with there were more story variations, or different characters to chose from who would then bring their own stories to the game.
Overall, a fun game, but I don't know how long it was meant to last...

Comment: I'm a huge Sims fan (1 and 2). I have all EPs available for Mac. I play Castaway on my laptop when I'm away from home and need a fix. The similarities to the original game are also slightly different, making Castaway feel familiar yet new at the same time: orangutans as pets, cooking on campfires, and other sim-items made from bamboo, etc. Big fan.

Comment: I thought the game was fun! I like the part that you can have more than one player. So if you want to make up a story but then want to do another one but don't want to screw up the first you can add a new player. That was helpful!

Summary: A DISMAL FAILURE:(
Comment: As a "Sims" lover for years and a owner of several of the "Sims2" games I was very excited to have the chance to play this particular game but my excitement was short lived. After installing it on my Mac (Which more than met the listed requirements) I was totally unable to see the game to even start it. So basically, I never really got to see what the game is about. Since I can play my other "Sims" games without problems I am assuming I either received a defective game disc or the minimal and recommended requirements for this game are not valid. I guess my caution to anyone considering this game would be to make sure your system exceeds as far as is possible even the recommended requirements before purchasing it. I hope others have better luck than I did.
