Cheat mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press A(3), X, Y, Up, Down, Left, Up, X, Y, A, Y, B, A, Y, B. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Then, select the "End Run" option from the pause menu. All cheats, levels, FMV seqences, McSqueeb, Officer Dick, and Spider-Man will be unlocked.
All levels
Pause the game, then hold L and press Up, Y, Right, Up, X, Y, Right, Up, Left, X(2), Up, B(2), Up, Right. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
All hidden characters
Pause the game, then hold L and press X, B, Right, Y, B, Right, B, Y, Right, X, Right, Up(2), Left, Up, X. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
All gaps and Trixie
Pause the game, then hold L and press Down, Up, Left(2), B, Left, Up, Y(2), Up, Right, X(2), Up, A. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Special meter always full
Pause the game, then hold L and press A, Y, B(2), Up, Left, Y, X to always have a full special meter. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode five times.
Raise stats to 5
Pause the game, then hold L and press Up, X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Raise stats to 6
Pause the game, then hold L and press Down, X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Raise stats to 7
Pause the game, then hold L and press Left, X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Raise stats to 8
Pause the game, then hold L and press Right, X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Raise stats to 9
Pause the game, then hold L and press B, X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Raise stats to 10
Pause the game, then hold L and press A, Y, B, X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Raise stats to 13
Pause the game, then hold L and press A, Y, B, A(3), X, Y, Up, Down. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode six times.
Extra points
Pause the game in a competition, then hold L and press X, B, Right, X, B, Right, X, B, Right. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Extra money
Pause the game, then hold L and press A, Down, Left, Right, Down, Left, Right. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Complete game
Pause the game, then hold L and press B, Left, Up, Right, B, Left, Up, Right, A, B, Left, Up, Right, B, Left, Up, Right to mark the game as completed with the current skater. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Skip to restart (random start locations)
Pause the game, then hold L and press X, Y, Right, Up, Down, Up, Left, X, Y, Right Up, Down, Up, Left, B, Up, Left, Y. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode two times.
Perfect balance
Pause the game, then hold L and press Right, Up, Left, X, Right, Up, X, Y. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode four times.
Kid mode

Turbo mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press Down, X, Y, Right, Up, B, Down, X, Y, Right, Up, B to increase the speed of the game by 25%. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Blood mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press Right, Up, X, Y to toggle blood mode. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Big head mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press X, B, Up, Left(2), X, Right, Up, Left. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode ten times.
Wire frame mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press Down, B, Right, Up, X, Y. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode eight times.
Slow-Nic mode (slow-motion tricks)
Pause the game, then hold L and press B, Up, Y, X, A, Y, B. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode nine times.
Smooth mode (no texture maps)
Pause the game, then hold L and press Down(2), Up, X, Y, Up, Right. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode twelve times.
Disco mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press Down, Up, X, B, Up, Left, Up, A. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode fourteen times.
Moon physics (low gravity)
Pause the game, then hold L and press A, X, Left, Up, Down, Up, X, Y. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode thirteen times.
Double moon physics
Pause the game, then hold L and press Left, Up, Left, Up, Down, Up, X, Y, Left, Up, Left, Up, Down, Up, X, Y. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake.
Fat skater
Pause the game, then hold L and press A(4), Left, A(4), Left, A(4), Left to make your skater fat. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Note: This code may be entered multiple times to continue making your skater more fat. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode seven times.
Thin skater
Pause the game, then hold L and press A(4), X, A(4), X, A(4), X to make your skater more thin. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Note: This code may be entered multiple times to continue making your skater more thin. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode eleven times.
Flip level
Pause the game, then hold L and press Up, Down, Left, Right, Y, A, X, B, Up, Down, Left, Right, Y, A, X, B. If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. This mode reverses the game's level in a mirror image. Alternately, successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode fifteen times.
Flight mode
Pause the game, then hold L and press Up(4), A, X, Up(4), A, X, Up(4). If you entered the code correctly, the pause screen will shake. Begin a game and press one of the following buttons to fly:
Play as Spider-Man
Successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode with a created skater.
Play as Officer Dick
Successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode.
Play as Trixie
Get all the gaps in each of the regular levels in career mode.
Play as McSqueeb
Successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode with Tony Hawk to unlock 80's Tony Hawk (Tony Hawk's Style C).
Chopper Drop: Hawaii level
Earn three gold medals with all characters.
Skate Heaven level
Successfully complete the game by completing all level objectives in career mode with all of the original characters, Officer Dick, Spider-Man, and a custom skater.
Neversoft Bails FMV sequence
Earn a medal in every competition with any character.
Neversoft Makes FMV sequence
Earn three gold medals with Private Carrera.
Skater's FMV sequence
Earn the gold in all three competitions with a character to unlock their FMV sequence. Additional FMV sequences are available when this is done with Spider-Man or McSqueeb (Tony Hawk's Style C).
