Alternate costumes
Successfully complete story mode to unlock that wrestler's alternate costume, bikini, and alternate bikini in any stage.

Successfully complete story mode to unlock that wrestler's alter ego:
Gallery
Win the title in exhibition mode to unlock the Gallery.
Gallery interviews
Enter the gallery with any character and allow the game to idle. The screen will eventually get a fuzzy white border and the girl will tell you various things about herself.
Gallery beach
Successfully defend a title to unlock the Gallery beach.
Play as Lady X
Successfully complete story mode with all the default characters to unlock Lady X.
Switch entrance sequences
Select exhibition mode. Choose "Normal Match" or "Title Match", then "1 player", "2 player", or "Computer". Next, choose the characters to have their entrances switched. Choose a ring, then hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 while selecting the "Play" option.
Alternate grapples
Press Left + Triangle or Left + Triangle.
Weapon grapple
With a weapon, press Up + Square or Down + Square.
Get weapon
When in a corner outside of the ring, or near a weapon that has been dropped, press Circle.
Evade opponent
While running, press Circle.
Roll under ropes
After getting knocked down near the ropes, press Circle.
Fill Lethal Move indicator easier
During any match, leave the ring and get any weapon out of the corners. When your opponent comes to you, press Up or Down + Square to attack. Three successful hits will fill your Lethal Move indicator one level. The maximum amount is five.
Weapon locations
In ring matches, the weapons available are (clockwise from the top): tickle stick, brass knuckles, riding crop, and baseball bat. In mud pit matches, there is only the riding crop (right corner) and an oar (left corner). Any time a girl checks the top or bottom, she will come up empty -- and will be a bit upset about it.
Get all girls in the gallery
Play in exhibition mode. Have your character either face or heel . Select your vow (you must play it twice) and go for the title. Now after you win the title, you can change your vows (heel or face) to play your alter ego. Then, go back and get the title again.
Humiliate opponent easier
During bouts that take place in a ring (not the mud pit), leave the ring and run to either the top corner (to get the tickle stick) and wait for your opponent to come out to get you. Press Up or Down when you attack (otherwise you will just bludgeon your opponent and will not humiliate them). Two successful uses will fill the opponent's humiliation gauge and have your Lethal Move indicator almost full. The tickle stick is least likely to be blocked.
Defeating Lady X
Note: This tactic can be used against Lady X and her alter-ego. One of the best ways to defeat Lady X is to keep using submission moves. The best body parts to focus submission moves on are the her head and legs. First, knock her down. Then, slap on a submission move. After Lady X gets out of the submission move, do it again at the same place. Keep using the same submission move at the same place until Lady X counters or gets away. If it is countered, try to knock her down again to place another submission move. The most important parts of this strategy is to keep Lady X down and to wear down a specific body part by using submission moves. The strategy is more effective using a wrestler with a submission finisher.

Aigle: White Doe: With a dizzy opponent, stand in front of her and press L1.
Full pause screen
Pause the game and press Select.
Lady X Substance's taunt
Lady X Substance's taunt (her upper part of the body begins to spin around in or outside the ring) is likely to knock any wrestler out of the ring if the she is too close to her. In addition, her taunt boosts her special meter very high. To prevent this from happening, try not to leave Lady X Substance alone for too long. Keep going after her whenever possible. If Lady X Substance begins her special, get away and keep away from her until she begins to slow down and finish. Once she has slowed down and almost stopped, attack her quickly before she get does her taunt again. Another strategy is to boost your wrestler's special meter while Lady X Substance does her. When Lady X Substance begins her taunt, go outside the ring and use your wrestler's taunt to boost the special meter. This method is more effective if your wrestler use quick taunts (such as quick slaps on the face). However, be careful when using this strategy. Lady X Substance's special meter will always be filled faster than your wrestler's meter.
Throw opponent off beach chair in mud match
During a mud match, when your opponent is on top of a tall beach chair (turnbuckles in this match), try climbing up it. You will automatically grab your opponent, throw her off, and be on top of the platform.
Beach area
At the main menu, press Down, Right, Down, Right, Down, Right, Down, Square, Select to unlock the Beach area in exhibition mode. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
Swimsuit 1
At the main menu, press Down, Left, Down, Left, Down, Left, Down, Square, Select to unlock Swimsuit 1 in exhibition, story, and gallery modes. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound.
